Product Information

Dimelita sells roasted, ground, or whole bean coffee. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided to ensure transparency. We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but availability may vary.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment through secure third-party processors, including credit/debit cards and electronic wallets. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the continental U.S. Delivery times may vary based on destination and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, or force majeure.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Cancellations after dispatch cannot be accommodated.

Privacy Policy

We collect and store customer data strictly to process orders and improve our services. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except for essential service providers.

Intellectual Property

All website content—including branding, imagery, product descriptions, and packaging—is the intellectual property of Dimelita LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
